Additional Comments:
Ruth Jean Perdew Lemert was born in Bedford Co., PA the 4 April 1802 to Wm and 
Rachel Perdew. The family left PA and moved to Coshocton Co., OH in 1816. Ruth 
married 2 Jan 1823 in Coshocton County to Lewis Lemert (son of Joshua) born 4 
August 1802 in Louden Co., VA. He died 4 August 1862 and was buried in Pipetown 
Graveyard (Ebenezer Methodist Church). Lewis and Ruth Lemert settled in 
Crawford Co., OH in 1826. Their children: Laban J., Sarah, Eliza, Joshua, 
Mahala and Wilson C.
